Hollie Bottiglia
Ms. Hollie is the Director of the Company; has toured both across the United States and internationally with The Masterpiece, A Toymaker’s Dream, a professional Christian dance company.
Upon returning from this touring, Hollie founded MMDCo in Highland, where she has served as Owner and Artistic Director for the past 19 years.
While directing at MMDCo, Hollie attended Oakland University where she studied dance under the direction of Laurie Eisenhower, and performed in the repertory company, occasionally performing with the Eisenhower Dance Ensemble.

Leilani Sibinovski
Ms. Lei has been a student of dance for over 25 years and a dance teacher for over 15 years. Leilani studied at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, serving as a member of the Rainbow Warrior Dance team for four years and dance captain for two and choreographing the award-winning dance studio Drill Hawaii. Other experience that Ms. Lei brings includes:

Ms. Lei has taught at MMDCo for 11 years, serving as Instructor, Rehearsal Director, and Choreographer for dance teams and the annual production of the Christmas Show; she is also the Assistant Manager of the Teaching Staff.
Kerry Graney
Ms. Kerry started her ballet training at the Brighton School of Ballet under the direction of Deborah Shiposh in 1997. During her training there, she had the opportunity to perform as a part of Brighton City Ballet in both classical and original works.
Kerry also began her teaching career as an assistant at the age of 13 at MMDCo; after graduating high school, Kerry furthered her training as a dance major at Grand Valley State University.
Under the artistic direction of Jefferson Baum, Kerry was invited to join dance ensemble as a freshman where she was given the opportunity to study under many guest artists including Amanda Edge of New York City Ballet and Mary Beth Cabana, artistic director of Ballet Tuscon. She also had the privilege of taking courses from Sean France, Calin Radilescu, Sherri Barre, Lisa Catrett, and Coppelia Sanford Lopez.
In 2005, Kerry started her professional career where she was hired as a guest artist to perform by different schools across the state. Her favorite role was as Swanhilda in the ballet Coppelia as a part of the Great Lakes Youth Ballet.
Kerry joined the staff of MMDCo full time in the fall of 2006 and has enjoyed growing with the studio. While at MMDCo, she has been a rehearsal director for productions, written original children’s ballets, and coached for the Youth America Grand Prix.

Vicki Krier
Vicki Krier has had a passion for Russian ballet since she was a young girl.
Originating from Chicago, she trained with choreographers such as Ginger Farley &
Warren Conover of Lou Conte Hubbard Street Chicago, Gus Giordano & Nan Giordano
of Giordano’s Chicago, Joel Hall & Homer Bryant of River North Chicago, and Jean-
Pierre Bonnefoux & Patricia McBride of North Carolina Ballet Theater. Vicki studied
Choreography and Performance at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and
later completed certification Levels I and II of Russian Technique by Dimitri Roudnev of
the Bolshoi Ballet. Most recently, Vicki trained and performed for several years in
Stuttgart, Germany with Hitomi Haas, and with Aelita Rose. Vicki has been teaching
since 1994 (since 2000 in Michigan) and has brought her choreographic talent to
several ballets, musicals, and Liturgical dances in this time from local high school
performances to the Great Lakes Youth Ballet’s production of The Nutcracker.

Suzanne LeVasseur
Ms. Suzanne began studying ballet at age 4 and gymnastics at age 8. She has studied Cecchetti method from ages 11-18; hand worked toward a Dance Specialties Certificate while attending college, learning several different dance styles and gaining valuable performance experience. Returning to ballet after a hiatus, Suzanne has taken classes with Christian Kammuller.
Suzanne is a graduate of Oakland University, with a degree in Business and Organizational Behavior and is also a graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology.
Suzanne relaxes through her pastimes of ballet, reading, and traveling.
Jessica Pinckney
Ms. Jessica has been involved in dance since 1996, studying at Milford Dance Academy, Karen’s School of Dance, and at MMDCo. She has been on staff at MMDCo since 2009, serving as a Teacher and Choreographer. Her areas of study in dance include: ballet, tap, hip hop, jazz, contemporary, modern, and pointe.
In August 2016 she became a certified dance instructor through Dance & Gym USA

Jocelyn Sweeney
Ms. Jocelyn is a former MMDCo student, studying dance there for 12 years. During her time at Modern Messages, she was a principle dancer in multiple Christmas shows and spring ballets. She was also a part of the MMDCo dance team, being a captain her final season.
Jocelyn graduated from Alma College where she double majored in dance and IPHS (Integrated Physiological Health Science). In her final year at Alma she was a captain of the dance team and helped lead them to a national championship.

Kathleen Quittschreiber
Ms. Kathleen is the tumbling teacher at the studio. Being a former Class 2 gymnast, Kathleen’s love for gymnastics continued as she became a level 8 Michigan NAWGJ gymnastics judge with 8 years of experience and a coach specializing on the balance beam and floor exercise. Kathleen was also a member of the Michigan State Dance Team from 1987 to 1990. She served as a captain her final year on the team. Kathleen has taught tumbling at MMDCo for over five years.
